Baby & Me Yoga

Baby yoga and postnatal yoga combine well together. As your babies grow and develop, you will be prepared for that growth. These classes include movement, song and can involve (yoga) moves holding your baby.

Baby & Postnatal Yoga with Alice nurtures and refreshes new mums and can be adapted to your needs. The classes will help you readjust physically, mentally and emotionally to your body after birth in a structured and supportive time and space for you and your baby.

Babies love the interaction of movement and song with parents, as they explore their range of movement and forge communication. 

The postnatal phase of a woman’s life is a time of huge change. These yoga classes address all of a new mother’s needs, in a supportive and compassionate environment. Bring your whole self to class and feel held.

One-to-one and private classes are available to suit your schedule. Postnatal only one-to-one sessions are also available.
