Baby Massage

What is baby massage? In a baby massage class you will learn relaxing, playful and interactive techniques for massaging your baby that soothe calm and support the natural stages of a baby’s development from six weeks to sitting and crawling. One-to-one classes are available for younger babies.

Baby & Postnatal Yoga

Baby yoga and postnatal yoga combine well together. As your babies grow and develop, you will be prepared for that growth. These classes include movement, song and can involve (yoga) moves holding your baby.

Yoga for Teenagers

Being a teenager is exciting and tough, a time of biological and social change. There are so many challenges mentally, emotionally and physically as we grow towards adulthood and forge new independence. Yoga can help you navigate this interesting time in your life. Alice’s yoga classes for teenagers can allow you a space and time to be calm whilst you engage in postures, breathwork, and meditation. You will come away with a feeling of well-being and build a toolbox of techniques to support and lift you.
